Thank you for your words today......they have touched deep parts of my heart and reminded me of the extravagant grace I have been given by Jesus as well as exposed my desire to control out comes for justice. There is such pain in letting go but such peace and goodness once I do. The "welcoming prayer" is one I will keep close by my bible.......

This made me cry. I will put Audrey Assad on my play list. She gets it. So do you.

"From a need to be understood. From a need to be accepted. . .deliver me, O God." Yes, I am the one checking every day to see if you have posted and praying for your heart, because it sees things and speaks things so clearly and blesses so many. Thank you for sharing your words and reminding of the goodness and hardness in releasing to God and of risking letting go. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, words, vulnerability, and music from your playlist.

Thank you for Sharing your true heart. What a great song to. Know as a man I have struggled with control so often wanting justice in my timing. This has caused damage I know in relationships and to myself. This has been an Idol and at times wants to creep back in. Just last weekend on Saturday after reading in a book, a chapter called "Demanding Manna:The Subtle Significance of Everday Desire", much conviction came to my heart that was so needed. It brought me to a place of brokenness. God had spoke through this chapter to me, how He has not been my true and complete satisfaction of my heart or trust. Tears came. I really needed to hear and see this. This has created the desire of Him being the Throan of my heart. I have a peace and more freedom.
